Parent Portal Password Reset enabled for parents PDF  | Print |
News - Latest

The Norwalk Community School District would like to notify parents who use the Infinite Campus Parent Portal of some upcoming changes regarding access to Parent Portal.

NCSD will be enabling the Password Reset tool within Parent Portal effective today. This  will prompt users of the Parent Portal to provide the system with some additional information one time. Supplying this information will allow the user of the Parent Portal account to reset their username and/or password for access to the system. You must enter the newly required data within your first three logins to the Parent Portal after this functionality has been enabled. This information only has to be supplied once. After you have filled out your newly supplied security information, you will be able to manage your account within the Parent Portal under the Account Management tab along the left hand side.

Please note: You should not have to change your password to update your security info. It only asks for your password recovery email address (which you need to supply) and asks you to choose your 8 "like" images and 8 "dislike" images (which are entirely up to your choice, but you must choose eight of each).

Directions for you to handle this process are attached to this article.

Please feel free to call with questions - 515-981-0676 x 4001 and ask for Cheri Atherton.

You can email her at catherton@norwalk.k12.ia.us .
